I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing the services of Jeri Wright who was reffered by my loan offericer as the personal to go, and it's safe to say that it was a decision I deeply regret. Despite warnings from acquaintances and numerous negative reviews, I gave Jeri the benefit of the doubt not once, not twice, but three times. However, it was the third interaction that truly exposed her lack of professionalism and disregard for her clients. Our ordeal began when we closed on a house, entrusting Jeri as our attorney. Jeri Wright is the most professional lawyer. She treats each client very patiently. Many of my clients are first time home buyers, she always goes out of her way to answer all of their questions. Even during off-duty hours, she will answer my clients’ urgent questions. Additionally, she has been exceedingly patient in situations where language barriers were present. I would absolutely recommend her.

We had a tax issue on a small transaction, where 2020 tax was not paid by the seller. Although I still do not understand how this had happened and whose responsibility it was, it also took a lot of back and forth. I think Jeri was trying get back the tax money for us and even willing to pay money to fill in the gap was trustworthy.

Never ever use this firm. Run away if you are out of state investor and recommended by someone First of all, It took two months for the office to get the title Jeri, the attorney very unprofessional, doesn't listen what client wants and prioritize other business if you have a small transaction
