Stay clear if you know what’s good for you. Doesn’t pass on information in a timely manner if at all. Has appeared to play me for more money whilst not filling motions despite saying she would. Also she apparently told opposing counsel incorrect information. She works alone and told me after 11 days of no contact she has “other clients” so she’s too busy to even send a 2-3 minute email but will happily bill you in excess of 12 hours for reading and sending emails. I was told she’s great in court, I never saw any evidence of it.

Kim is amazing at what she does. I couldn’t be more happy with her work ethic, detail to a case and strategies. She is very professional in the court room. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. I highly recommend her!
