We have worked with Cunningham Dalman different times over the years. We have always found them to be responsive and helpful. Our most recent experience involved working with Haans Mulder to settle our sister's estate. We had many questions throughout this experience, and Haans was always prompt in responding to my emails. We appreciated his professionalism and assistance!

I contacted this firm regarding an easy, clear case involving FMLA interference and medical accommodations during cancer treatment. While my intake was reviewed, there was minimal engagement with the substance of the claim, and I was ultimately advised to handle the matter myself rather than offered representation or meaningful guidance. Actually was told to take steps I had already tried before seeking representation. Given the seriousness and documentation involved, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to key details. I would not recommend or trust this firm for FMLA, medical accommodation matters, or quite frankly any representation and would suggest seeking other counsel who takes the time to thoroughly evaluate potential cases.

I came to Cunningham Dalman with my parents in order to make sure their trust was set up appropriately as they moved into a senior living facility. Haans listened well to our situation, heard our concerns, and helped us gather all the necessary documents we needed. He was able to put all our worries at ease and offered us a hierarchy of different scenarios/solutions for safety of our assets and to assure the means to continue funding senior living. Haans updated our documents and continues to field our questions as they arise. We now have an overwhelming sense of peace as we enter into this phase of living knowing that Haans will assist us around each new turn. We are grateful for all the Cunningham Dalman has done (and will continue to do) for us!
