They took out a payment after being on the phone with them for an hour saying they sorted it out and pushed back my payment two months. Only for it to be taken out leaving my account in the red. These guys are trash

I recently obtained POA for an elderly family member and had NO idea of the poor credit history. Long story short a joint account was garnished. Shanna McKenzie and Albert Ras were very prompt at answering my frantic calls and emails and very patiently answered the myriad of questions. I wired the required funds and the account was restored within days. They have a hard job - not one I would ever aspire to - and I appreciated their professionalism. Thank you.

This firm is a joke. I would give zero stars if I could. No one returns your calls and when you finally get someone on the phone they are rude and unprofessional. The best part is we were calling to pay what we owe to discover but because of the rude employee Cheryl McCloud (who I noticed is also named in other reviews) who wanted my husband's personal sensitive information that he didn't want to share with a stranger we were unable to do so. I also filed a complaint with Discover about this horrible unprofessional firm and nasty employee. We will see them in court now instead.

I'm not sure why this company attempted to contact me as I have no delinquent accounts. The only one I ever had, I've settled it with my card provider. As a result of that I'm extremely diligent about insuring my payments are up to date and pay all balances before the statment due date. I monitor my credit score closely and i have nothing on my transunion or equifax reports as far as collections go. After reviewing this company it seems they allegedly may have their hands in some unethical business practices. If I'm ever contacted by this law firm again, I'll be taking a far more legal approach to "settling this debt."

Absolutely disgraceful to be even called attorneys! I received a letter addressed to me that looked like a subpoena. This was for my son and they tried to scare me into giving information. Meanwhile he didn’t even owe the money they claim he did . I believe they are preying on the elderly considering I’m a senior citizen and would do anything to help my children. I wonder how many others have fell for their scam !!! I am reporting them to the authorities
