The WORST. Can't stress enough how bad this guy is. Signed contract to sell home 🏠. Closing date scheduled for "on or about May 1". (Which means you really have until May 15, plus a possible additional 30 days). He calls to tell me that the buyer's mortgage is about to expire on April 26 and that I had to hurry up and rush to close early OR pay buyer around $3,000. WOW WOW WOW this is beyond insane. That is completely NOT MY PROBLEM. I owe him nothing. Buyer agreed to purchase my 🏠 and signed contract. If he refuses, he would be in trouble. I win either way. Also, buyer could have just paid to extend mortgage. My own attorney was pressuring me to close early to save the other guy a few bucks !!!!!!!!! But it gets worse. I came in to ask a simple question without any attitude and the woman working in the firm was rude, and honestly a racist . I've never felt belittled in my life until i had a conversation with her. However, across the street in the other building, the young man behind the desk was very respectful and had no problem answering my question. Please keep an eye on who you hire because the conversation I had with that horrible woman was unacceptable. I will be following up.
