Rachel was very helpful in helping me with the sale of my parents' house. I had POA for both my parents and Rachel walked me through the process. She dealt with all the necessary parties like the purchaser's attorney and the title company. I had a particular legal issue that needed to be dealt with and Rachel was on top of it every step of the way. She informed me of options along the way as contingencies. She also held firm on what she felt with was necessary to follow the law and protect me as her client. She has also kept herself available for me with issues that arose after the closing where I needed an attorney's legal advice. She is an excellent communicator and returns calls/texts quickly.
