Elijah J Curtis of the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office is falsifying police reports. Put a body camera on him and a car cam on him IMMEDIATELY! He is a detriment to the trust shared between law enforcement and the community when he lies under oath. He’s had previous charges dropped against me, so he’s making things up that he knows weren’t recorded. My charges of misuse of 911 were dropped because I had video evidence and Elijah J Curtis was in the wrong and wasted emergency resources to detain me. I am ashamed to share this community with such a dishonest law enforcement officer. -Joseph Raymond Breton

These people should be ashamed of themselves. I was the victim of Intimidation of a witness. My ex-wife sent a former lawyer of mine an email threat that I forced her to get an abortion at gunpoint in and that I admitted to it in a Kennebec County court proceeding and if I did not drop my contempt of court case against her, she would report this to local police. This is a lie, and I paid thousands in legal fees in lawyers and getting the transcript to prove this was false and never happened. Even though I met every element of the crime against me and provide rock solid evidence, I was told they are not willing to prosecute because they thought because the case was complicated, they could not secure a guilty plea, so they were not willing to try. Nobody is getting back to me about an assault. Meghan Mahoney hung up on me. The Waterville PD states that the paperwork was turned over to the DA. Nobody has knowledge of the paperwork. The victims advocate hasn't returned my call. I was assaulted January 9th 2023.

Kennebec county victim's advocates are not advocates.I was made to feel like a second class citizen.Received a call from Kelly just as a hearing was underway to ask if I could jump.on a zoom call.I was not afforded the consideration of being notified ahead of time.I have found this process to be worse that being subjected to domestic abuse.
