I had a great experience with Kellum Law firm. The only thing I would’ve liked is better following ups and better tracking of documents. I didn’t like having to resend or remind them that I had multiple insurances. Although not the biggest deal, I still loved that I received my settlement in an about 4 months.

Was getting information to see if they could help me with a personal injury claim and called me back to say they couldn’t help me but refused to tell me why. Tara was very helpful to give me the number to the state bar services to see if they could match me with someone who could help, but said I had to pay a fee to utilize them. If Kellum would have just told me WHY they couldn’t help, then their reasoning could have prevented me from wasting money with other Lawfirm’s. This lack of information does not make me want to use their services should I ever need them. I do appreciate Tara’s service to me which is why I gave them an extra star.

The office staff is absolutely amazing. The ladies Kandy and Linda checked on me often and didn’t just make me feel like a client. They made a stressful situation much better for me. I appreciate all who had helped me with my case.
