Recommended that waking a 3 year old up 2 hours earlier than his normal wake time (5:30 vs. 7:30) was appropriate and the lack of sleep had no impact on his development. Not only has that not been my experience with my own child, but there’s a plethora of research out there that has proven otherwise. She said, at least it isn’t 3:30! Very slow at getting things done!! Needs constant reminders to stay on top of paperwork that needs to be dealt with. Took 3 weeks just to write a purchase offer to buy a house. Not impressed and I'm not the only one to think this.
