I used this team to close on my house and they were excellent! The process was very smooth and they made sure I had all the information to get set up for the STAR program at the closing.
Absolutely terrible attorney. He knew nothing about quit claim deeds which resulted in paperwork being done incorrectly, a severe delay in funds being disbursed (which resulted in multiple fines/fees to our bank account), and a huge family conflict that should have never happened.
I just used Alberts office for the first time and I wont use anyone else. Both Albert and Jen (Paralegal) were there to answer my 1,000 questions and never once acted like I was an inconvience. Furthermore, they knew the answer to every question I had. Very nice and intelligent people, and isnt that who you want on your side?
This law office has done multiple transactions and I've been very satisfied with their communication and expediency
Amazing group of people. Highly recommend getting any real estate work done here. The paralegals are second to none
