I hired James to fill out the paperwork for a non contested divorce. After my ex and I filled out all the paperwork for him. His only job was to file it with the court. He said he would do it so I paid him in advance. That was 5 months ago. We are still not divorced. He won’t return phone calls or emails . Don’t hire this lawyer

James helped my father when he needed help, and has been fantastic helping me with some very serious civil issues. I generaly am not fond of lawyers, James is the exception. If you need an attorney for any family, probate, etc. issues, call James first and listen to his advise.

I just spoke to this lawyer for the first time, by phone. He was cordial, knowledgeable and very helpful. And answered his own phone! What a treat. UPDATE! 8-14-18 What a letdown! Per my initial conversation with this guy, he was going to prepare the documents we discussed when he returned from vacation in a week. I didn’t hear from him, so I sent three emails, and spoke to him again. He assured me that he would get back to me. I never heard from him again! No idea what his problem is, but he does NOT do what he says he will do.
