This lawyer was recommended to us by a friend after we had a terrible experience with a previous attorney. Mr. Boyd was very timely and phenomenal with his attitude, demeanor, and knowledge. Danisha in the front office was also a blessing in disguise with all the patience and help she provided us along the way. Their law firm advertized in our church bulliten so I called to make an appointment for me and my wife. We were given a 4PM appointment. On the day of the appointment, as is my wont, we arrived 15 minutes early since I never want to inconvience anyone or have someone wait for me. We checked in and were told to have a seat in the waiting area. After that, we never heard a single word from anybody except from a man, who walked thru the area, glanced at us and said, "Hello". Long after our scheduled time, with no communication, we had no indication of how much longer we would have to wait. We did not want to be there all night, so we left.
