This company served me by (as they informed me) placing the documents on my 89 year old grandmother porch. Took me to court without me knowing. Won the default judge. I didnt know about it until my company informed me. I tried to get ahead and pay off the balance. One week later, I called for an update. The person I spoke with was completely out of line. Even with the condescending attitude and quick tongue response, I continued to be calm and nice. It’s like she wanted me to be upset. All I asked for was a release of garnishment letter to provide my company. The person I spoke to told me to “get it from the court. I don’t know what you expect to be done after one week”. Extremely rude from the start of my contact with them. Tried negotiating with them multiple times before court date. Got there and then all of a sudden you can negotiate. Even then you took advantage of a pregnant woman and planned payments literally days after my due date. Disgusting and condescending

These people refuse to listen. I recently was approved for a hardship from a hospital bill that totalled over $20,000. I have reached out to all other debt collectors and asked for a hardship while also sending proof of the approval letter I received from the hospital. These people told me to pawn the title to my car. Which I had already done in order to pay off 1 of the 2 debts that they were trying to collect from me. I paid several of my debts off with the loan I got from One Main using my car as collateral. When I informed the lady I was applying for hardship she got mad.

These people are heartless. Ive never had a judgement before and started crying on the phone and the lady literally told me that that stuff doesn't work on her and she is being a See you Next Tuesday. I offered what I could afford and she refused anything and is basically heartless. Idk how anyone can be so stone cold against people who really are trying to do better.

The lady I spoke with was nice and professional. Then I called back and spoke with a very rude nasty male. I asked about my confirmation and he was rude and nasty. Unacceptable.
