Freeland-Martz did a phenomenal job on my case. Mr Reed Martz treated me as a person and not as ‘just another case’. I totally agree with the other reviewer who said they should change to Mediation services only. I had the same exact experience. Reed made a couple of phone calls but shied away from litigation or taking the offending party to court even when they flatly and illegally refused to cooperate and he ( attorney Reed) basically told us that it would be very unpleasant and it’s much better to just forgive and forget. We lost so much money and what was done to us was totally illegal. Reed certainly discourages his clients from litigation but yet charges an exorbitant fee for mediation. Honestly, Find an attorney who has more interest in helping you negotiate or settle your legal matters in or out of court.
