The only reason I give one star is because a.) I have to and b.) He had an amazing assistant. Mr. Hovis was not only rude in not wanting to take our case in which he refused to even see us in person but also was unbelievably rude to a not only physically disabled but also mentally disabled person. I completely recommend against getting this attorney unless you enjoy being talked to as if you are nothing but someone that's supposed to lick his shoes.

They both helped us every step of the way, from hospital bills to car rental to giving us guidance in receiving post-accident medical treatment for our injuries. I just left a consultation to figure out how much it would cost to be represented by Hovis. He assumed that couldn't or wouldn't pay him. He never even gave me and price before he told me he couldn't take my case because I wouldn't pay him
