I found Jason by searching Real Estate Attorneys on Google. I used his "contact us" link on Sunday afternoon and by 8:30 a.m. Monday morning Jason contacted me via email requesting the particulars of my situation. It was a Quit Claim Deed with Meets and Bounds Descriptions to transfer land to my son. By 10:00 a.m. that same morning I received the completed documents via email, had them notarized and took them by Jason's office whom I paid and by 2:00 p.m., the same day, the deed was recorded and the land was in my son's name.
