We had a closing from Florida, I called Aaron on a recommendation & he was very communicative through the whole process. We did the whole transaction via email/phone call. They closed it while we were on the road from Florida, when we arrived we moved right in. Alexis was on top of everything the whole way! Thank you so much for a seamless transaction! Aaron Davis and his paralegal, Alexis Albertson, & their whole team, are the very best. They run such a professional operation. I am a real estate agent & have closed with them many times. Never once have we had a closing be delayed due to the attorney when working with them. We recently had to do a "mail away" closing because our buyer's could not attend in person. Alexis highlighted and put tabs on all the paperwork (probably 30-40+ pages because of the loan.) She added thorough instructions and mailed it to them. She even sent a return label in the package so they could easily over night it back. She called our buyers to talk them through exactly what needed to be done and also followed up with email instructions. Our clients ended up executing and returning the documents with no errors

I called them to inform them that someone was using their law firm to scam people by sending fraudulent checks. Levy put the blame on me, Nathan hung up in my face, the only one that seemed to care was a woman who worked there. They told me they knew nothing about it then told me it’s been happening for a week. I suggested they put something on their website stating this was happening since it was such a “simple” website like Levy stated it would be “simple” to update the website to let people know this kind of information. The woman said she would contact her boss about it but I doubt it even gets that far. Just watch out for their name, they don’t care if you get scammed by people claiming their business name.

As a real estate agent, I cannot recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a smooth, organized transaction.
