Horrible. Please avoid at all costs. They prepared a trust for my mother and didn't include her estate. Leaving me to now have to go through the probate process anyway from 3000 miles away. The whole point of a trust is to bypass probate. He left out placing her "estate" in the trust Then on top of it he's blaiming her for not putting it in the trust... um that's why she hired YOU because you are the professional. She trusted them and they failed Only to now try and put the mistake on someone who has passed

We used them to represent us as a buyer’s closing attorney, and the seller’s also used them. Too many issues to list here, but neither us nor the sellers were happy with Hewett Law. Very scatter-brained, and we had to keep following up with them on each step of the process, instead of them being proactive and guiding us. I’d encourage you to find another real estate attorney.
