Worked with them on a closing for a DR Horton home (DO NOT buy from that builder!) and the attorney was very cold, and my closing paperwork was not even properly endorsed. Highly Do Not recommend them.

They represented the buyer in the sale of my home. I did not have a good experience in my dealings with them. I would not recommend using their services!

We purchased a home from DR Horton and this office was their preferred attorney. Our experience was nothing to brag about. Our charge for the attorney was approx 1300$ and I was told we could not use the restroom we would have go across the street because they have no "public restroom"...... excuse me !!! ...we are not the public we were clients !!! Attorney was not very friendly either. We will not be using them again and hope DR Horton will find a friendlier closing attorney office. Also had stray cats around the office they said they feed and 1 of them has a respiratory issue with goopy nose and eyes.. if you feed them get medical care for them.

We were very happy with their services on real estate closings and will be using them again shortly. Highly recommended. They were on time with their work and always were on top of schedules and managing the process. They explained thoroughly when a significant problem was identified with a property we were purchasing. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. UPDATE: When we went to use them for a second home purchase, they declined to do the work for us. It seems that they have a two cancellation rule. We cancelled one closing at their suggestion, the legal description of the property we were purchasing was for an unrelated property, and a second when the seller would not deal with significant items discovered on the home inspection. Have had several closings with this office lately. Megan and Whitney have proven to be true professionals! They are helpful, no waiting till the last minute business, pro-active, thorough. They do an AWESOME job all while being friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!
