First time seeking legal guidance. Jason was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. What impressed me the most was his honesty. He actually advised me against spending money on a service I didn’t actually need. It’s rare to find that level of integrity in any field, especially the legal field. I highly recommend Jason if you want someone knowledgeable, generous with their time, and genuinely has your best interest at heart!

I had a phone consult with Jason and he was extremely helpful. I had spoken to four lawyers by then and my case was not going to be lucrative for anyone and leans more small claims. But Jason took his time to talk me through my options and his pricing, and helped me choose the most economical route for my situation. (Even if it meant I may not use his services.) He took more time with me than another lawyer who charged me $100 for an hour consult that took 20 minutes (who clearly was not interested in assisting.) If I were to need a lawyer with my case, this practice would be my pick.

I called 5 lawyers within 50 miles. Mr. Machnik was the only one that would talk to me about my issues and estimate our way forward for free. the cheapest alternative was 300$ an hour just to talk and figure out if we had a case. I had a main point but he dug in and got details and thought about possible angles. afterwords he took the time to entertain all my questions and really made me feel like I had a valid view point and explained some scenarios that i should look out for that would really give us a knockout case and make it more succinct, should thoes things occure. Hes in my contacts now hands down.
