Went to Phil because I needed a deed transferred to my name for a property I inherited. He was awesome. You can tell he is passionate and genuinely cares. He doesn't add any unnecessary work just to bill you for it. The work I needed done was time-sensetive and he expedited it even though it was during Christmas and he had a sick kid at home. Would definitely recommend and I would utilize Reed Law for all my future real estate/ estate planning/ trust needs.
