Called twice to get info (so I can get the decision to my agent) I provided info to the front desk asking for a call back. Called the next day in the afternoon after being told someone will call me. Again I was promised a call back but was told if I was in a rush to call another office. I explained the closing is in August and I had a couple questions. I asked if someone could talk to me about what the cost are and service provided and she said no they are too busy but when they are not busy closing they will call. I asked for a idea on when and she said when they are not busy dealing with closings. The manner was terrible and if your too busy to be bothered by answering basic questions then that’s your call. I paid this firm to represent me due to the fact I now live outside of North Carolina. After everything I really wish I would have flown in a dealt with everything myself because over a year after the hearing was “done” I’m still having to deal with matters involving the case and all the firm that took my money had to say was “we completed our obligation...” so happy I paid someone to take care of this matter when I’m the one doing the leg work.

After having my case for a year and a half and nothing being done, I hired a new lawyer. Now he is telling my new lawyer that he cannot find my file. We have to start from scratch. No way to run a professional law office. I am so upset.
