I have requested the original bill and MeridithFriday said she was waiting for them to send it to her. I have since sent a few emails requiring what is going on. I have sent a copy of our Medicaid card because it should have back paid and took care of this bill. She said she would send it to them and never got back with me. I have sent a couple emails since then. Then a couple weeks back I got a “final notice” bill. I’m not sure why I’m receiving that when I haven’t heard back about any info on the Medicaid or even the original bill. The email should not be listed on the bill if it is not a decent way to contact someone. It is my main form of communication to keep records and copy’s of everything.

When you have a procedure or surgery, anything from the endoscopy clinic, biopsy...you sign a form that says you are responsible for any extra costs outside of what insurance pays. You have signed stating you will pay. Don't get mad because you didn't pay your bill. That's your fault. Fussin and Cussin at the firm only looks bad on you. If anyone owes Oxford Surgery Center, I can produce the disclosure for you that says you promise to pay.

I received a FINAL NOTICE from 2023 from their office. I talked to Mrs Kelly on Oct 17,2025 to make payment arrangements and she was very friendly and helpful on getting it set up.

These ppl had me paying on bad checks years ago, they were not reporting the payments to the people i owed , resulting in a warrant for bad checks . Never use these people for anything
