She clearly has very extensive knowledge of the nuances involved in buying and selling a house. Half of what she detailed for us was over my head, but she was able to translate everything in terms that even I could understand. We have used Jennifer Garner for so many transactions! We have used her to close multiple rental properties, set up a real estate LLC, deed a home into our LLC, write short term leases for us to use for tenants, and I have used her for my clients (buying and selling) as a real estate agent. We sold and closed on our house in Jan 22 using out Title attorney out in Rockingham. The buyer had selected to use Jennifer and we were warned by three separate realtors who are friends that she is awful to work with. Considering we were not doing the business with her directly, we took their advice with a grain of salt. Fast forward to the closing. We bank out of state and do not personally have a method to deposit funds in NC. Upon closing, Jennifer and her rude staff would not under any circumstances wire the funds to our institution. This led to us having to mail a uncomfortably large check across the county from o be deposited. Ultimately, we closed over a week ago, new owners are in our house, and we still have to wait another week for the check to clear and the funds to post. Thank
