I’ve done (4) Real Estate deals with Buck Adams. The first deal he saved my bacon. My Real Estate Agent and Builder dropped the ball and accidentally forgot to tell me that there were 2 easements on the land I was about to purchase in 24 hours time. Buck called me on Sunday and told me about the easement. I was supposed to close on Monday. I was saved just in time. Had I signed that closing paperwork, I would have owned a piece of land that I couldn’t build a house on. I did two more land deals with him that went smoothly without a hitch. On one property He told the Sellers Attorney that the land purchase required septic rights located on another piece of land down the road and that they needed to include this in the Buyer/Seller Agreement. I seriously would not have known to ask for this
