Unbelievably helpful and informative in closing our home, even after dealing with several hiccups on all sides, they still brought a game-changing positive attitude that kept us motivated. The receptionist is not personable at all. She never spoke when I walked in. I had to speak to her, and it appeared it was a chore for her to respond. After providing payment of the EMD, I had to request a copy of the receipt. Why would she think it was ok not to provide me with a receipt?! Next, out of the blue, Susan calls with a great attitude.
