I had a very disturbing experience with this firm. I was contacted regarding an alleged debt that is approximately 25 years old, which is clearly well outside the statute of limitations. Despite this, I was pressured to pay $750, then told they would accept $75 when I refused. I declined both. During the conversation, the attorney repeatedly mentioned that he was “retiring,” which made the interaction feel careless and unprofessional rather than serious or lawful. He also threatened that a “friend who is a debt collector” would come after me if I did not pay, despite the age of the alleged debt. Dennis is an outstanding attorney. Much better than anyone I've ever come across. Seasoned and to the point. He doesn't negotiate with other attorneys he's on your side.

I had Ashley Sloan as my court appointed Guardian ad leitum and she may as well have been an oak tree. They have certain lawyers just stand there so they can say “a lawyer was present”. The ENTIRE COURT CASE, I had to fight myself and Ashley didnt say a THING…… The ONLY QUESTION she asked at the end was “Am I off this case yet”. Im guessing when lawyers are court appointed, they dont want to do work. But thanks Ash, lost my son because you did ZERO legwork for this case I wish i could give zero stars
