In March of 2021 we enlisted the services of Alicia, at Dow Law Group. This was for an eviction, for nonpayment of rent. Now I understand that this was during Covid and I wasn’t expecting a quick resolution. After 15 months with no court date I contacted John, the owner to discuss. Finally at the end of December 2022 we went to court. We agreed to settle for RAFT funds from the tenant, and they vacated the next month. Alicia confirmed at this point that the RAFT paperwork was submitted and she would follow up with me. In May of this year I got in contact with her to follow up. She told me the State required supplemental information from the Tenant, and she will update me. After several more months with no update I reached out to Alicia and John again. At this point they forwarded me a copy
