Ashley was initially lovely to talk through and was very friendly and helpful. After we paid her, she completely ghosted us. We paid a significant sum of money for legal services and 6 months later I am still waiting for my documents. I have repeatedly emailed and reached out through other channels as well. Despite assurances that my documents are "on their way" I still have not received them. Communication is extremely poor when it happens at all. Even more dismaying is hearing other people share that they had the same experience with Dotchin Law.
