First they messed up the closing papers on the sale of our house. That delayed the closing. They had the names and address transposed. Then they failed to send out 1099S for taxes. We waited for a couple of weeks after Jan 31st. Just to see if it would come in the mail. It did not. We contacted them to inquire where it was. We were told they just for some unknown reason did not get sent out. We requested they send them out asap. It was already the middle of February. When they came in the mail. Once again!! The names and addresses where transposed. After 3 more conversations. 2 more phone call. And having to get angry with them. We finally!!!! Received them in an email. It should NOT be that hard to get something they are by law required to provide. I gave them a one star. Because I can't

Donald Walton’s office is not the law office to choose if you expect a timely transaction with the purchase or sale of your home. Our transaction was a simple a transaction. CASH ON BOTH ENDS! No loan to payoff or track by the seller and no loan by the buyer to fund. Kolby told us (seller) on Friday afternoon at our Doc signing that closing was at 11am Monday morning, they had the buyer’s wire (cash) and after recording of the Deed our money would be wired into our bank account. This transaction act takes minutes.
