I’m leaving a 5 star review because they go above and beyond to help EVERYONE and I notice !

How does a person who is charged with 18 felony secret peeping charges not get jail time? Because he doesnt have a criminal history, doesnt the 18 counts count?

The reviews are a reflection of the people working here. From the lady at the front desk who gets paid and thats all she cares about to the very top. They don't care about anything other than a paycheck. They purposely don't respond back to people and enjoy seeing people in bad times. When they say those who run things are bad, they mean people like this.

I'm told to "contact your state attorney's office if you have concerns or a complaint about this or that", but when I contact this office they don't seem to care even the slightest about anything., and also don't seem to know state laws about surcharges.

This place is a circus! They have absolutely NO EMPATHY w/mentally challenged people. Defunding police isn’t defunding.... it’s re-organize of OUR monies! Reduce their pay now in order to get mental health education!
