Our biggest mistake was hiring Stuart Smith. I would not recommend to anybody. Hire somebody else. For an accident that was not our fault, we lost money in having to cover our vehicle that was totaled and not fully covered by the driver’s insurance, which was not the owner of the car. The owner of the car had their own insurance but we had to finish paying off our totaled vehicle. That wasn’t even the worse of it. We never felt that Stuart had our best interests at heart. This was a 4 1/2 year headache.

I truly appreciate everyone at David and associates. From the very beginning my experience there will definitely be one to remember. The staff is so nice and kind and was always there, when I needed them. This firm will definitely go the bat for you and get you what you deserve. I had no clue what to expect this whole experience was a life changer . From day one I felt comfortable and I could tell that they actually care about their clients. I have many good things to say about them. The office always smelled so nice and clean they are very professional. I highly recommend everyone to go and see them if you have been hurt in a accident. They will get you all together in a heartbeat. I am forever grateful, Thank you David and associates I love you guys!!!

The lady in the office Lee Ann is mainly who is associated with was so kind and checked on me and my husband after our wreck. They got us into a chiropractor pretty quick as well as I was in a lot of pain. They where able to get us some compensation which we are truly thankful for! Any time I had questions they would answer them for me within a reasonable time. My husband and I wanna thank you guys so much for all the help you gave us! I recommend David & associates to anyone who wants kind people who actually care.

Awesome experience. Very friendly staff. When I met with Lynn she was so caring and gave me some great suggestions on providers and property damage. Never had any trouble getting a return call or appointment. Everything was explained and I felt as if I was part of the team. My outcome was way beyond expectations.

Lynn was so awesome! Helped me the whole way through. I didn’t hear from her till about 8 months after the accident, but, she told me that was expected! I had to wait for all of my therapy to be done and all the medical records to come back. I’ve gotten compensation for everything and that wouldn’t be possible without David and associates.
