Someone mislabeled this! It is Carter Jones Collection Services. They are in cahoots with Sky Lakes. It is appalling that they will go after people who get money taken out of their checks to pay for their insurance that pays 85% of the medical bills already. That Sky Lakes never tells people that when they apply for patient medical assistance that they have to call and tell them they want their bill applied to the medical assistance. So then if the patient doesn't do that then Sky Lakes sends the bill to Carter Jones. Person makes $45,000 a year and Carter Jones is garnishing $250 out of every check. Person gets paid bi-weekly. People can't afford electricity or rent with that. People can't afford attorneys or know how to face an intimidating collection agency who is wanting $25,000 a

1 star for the obvious reasons, no one likes to deal with collections. But the Credit Bureau of Klamath Country takes it one step further and does everything in their power to make you feel your worst. But this review isn’t about the sad souls that that choose to work there. This is about the fact that their staff is so incompetent in their jobs that they sent SOMEONE ELSE’S personal information to me, stuffed into the same envelope as my paperwork. Now I’m wondering many times has MY informational been sent to someone else? Because there are bills they claim to have sent me that I for sure never got. Not sure how high they were that they can’t pay enough attention to make sure they’re sending the correct papers to the correct people. But I suppose not sharing people’s personal informatio

mom was dying in the hospital was going to one day late manager said thats not her problem and she would garnish wages heartless. website says we treat people the way we would want to be treated.

I went in to make a payment and because it wasn't as much as they wanted, they would not accept my payment at all. This group has never been willing to work with us and within our budget. They always just threaten judgement and garnishment.

They Charge you for things that were already covered by insurance 😥 they waste your time and are rude. They don't even care if all you can afford is. They need shut down and removed from the community
