This place is a joke. They were paid to write up a contract between myself and another person. It was a time sensitive contract and they didn't include the date anywhere on the document. The other person involved retained them for their services. When I realized the issue I called them and they said they would follow up with me about a solution. I never heard back from them and I called them back twice and was told I would hear from them. Needless to say, I never received a call. Completely unprofessional and incompetent!!

I chose this firm because they prepared my father’s will. The office is very disorganized to the point I had to call for updates which most likely I was charged for. Prices did not reflect this very simple straightforward Estate. When I asked for an explanation of all the charges it did not add up. If you choose to use this firm get prices upfront in writing.

Do not use this company. Money up front, no returned phone calls, no results and no refund. Both attorneys seem to use the same playbook. Such a shame when you really need help. Find someone else and save money and get results. No other firm could be this bad, or one hopes. They should be called Dewey, Cheatum and Howe!

Had a 5 year case with winning evidence just for them to botch the case and have us pay the defendent thousand of dollars for property they have stolen from us and violating a contract that was agreed apon do not recommend for civil suites...

Parks and Ratliff is reliable and honest. We had a very favorable experience dealing with them and highly recommend them! Thank you so much for helping us :)
