Phil is good and staff even better got my SSI no hassles within two years expected it to take longer. And for you folks needing a criminal lawyer a retainer is required by any lawyer for criminal cases. On the other hand SSI Disability cases need no retainer you only pay if you win

The professionalism demonstrated by this office is laughable. My spouse was trying to be seen by the paraprofessional Sara Dyer and was not getting a return phone call, he went to the office and was treated poorly so he of course was agitated and vocal. When I called, I was told by Sara Dyer that we were not welcome there and when I asked what her credentials were she told it me it was none of my concern and hung up on me. Phil Studenberg should hire staff that is willing to work with his agenda of keeping business local because with shoddy customer service, it is worth the drive to be treated favorably. Anyone wishing to seek the assistance from this organization, I would highly recommend seeking assistance elsewhere.

We met with Attorney Sarah Dyer. My husband is disabled, and denied by Social Security, and we were referred to her as a possible resource to help. Unfortunately she wasn't able to help with our situation, but the information she gave us was helpful in understanding why. It's not a negative reflection of her at all.
