We sat with the sellers and their family for the entire buying and signing process, which I did not care for, this was a first for me. I'd prefer it to be separate and and private. I didn't appreciate the small talk amongst the family while he was explaining what we were signing. It was a lot of conversations happening. The gentleman that handled the closing on our house was polite and made a few jokes. Beautiful feminine office.

We were referred to Coopers. When I called to get the process set up I was told there was a $250 fee to initiate contract. All other law offices in area do not charge that fee but decided to move forward since they were recommended. Once I got the contract back to them( which I was never able to speak back to Bridget to get answers to my questions) Antonio ( front desk clerk) took my payment. Several days had gone by and I had not received a follow up, I called back and Antonio said their credit card machine went down and payment was not processed. Never was a follow up call made to get that resolved, we were just completely dismissed as if we had never been customers. I felt the service was very poor and unprofessional. This organization is directly aligned with the seller/builder, particularly CMD Homes, and not a neutral third-party with equal representation for the buyer. Construction is substandard and all warranties expire before redemption despite being written into closing contracts. If I were to sum up their quality of work I would say this is where the bottom of law school classes end up. Do not trust these people.
