I’ve probably contacted this place over 3 times in my lifetime spread out over the years. I met all the qualifications and only requested services they offered. However, never once have they helped me. This most recent time was “conflict of interest” yet couldn’t tell me why. Honestly…probably a scam.

The place is a scam for state funding but will not provide the assistance. They need to be investigated by the state. When I called on the phone for an eviction case the lady that answered was flirting with someone in her office in the background and the entire time seemed uninterested in my legal matters and even tried talking me out of pursuing my case and dismissing it. It was obvious she didn't care about my situation and completely wrote it off as unimportant even though I was approved and assigned a lawyer. She told me."why don't you just move out?" Who does that in an office that offers free legal help for eviction cases. When I had court the lawyer didn't even show to represent me. The lack of integrity and how they conduct themselves professionally is disgusting. There is nothing

Polite and respectful of privacy. It's a small office, with few workers from what I saw. I appreciate the resources and classes they offer, so I didn't mind waiting to get my inquires answered. It is better to make an appointment to speak with a rep there or sign up for a class. Walk-ins are not available.

I had a problem with my housing. I was scared, confused, and disoriented with the legal stuff that was gonna put me on the street. Within less than 48 hours a response and resolution was made and accepted. Erroneous charges were thrown out and new contract was created. Thanks to all of the people involved, they mitigated issues and made sure my rights were not walked on. Hope that you never need them. Call them if you do. No fluff, all straight information and solid advice.

When me and my friend were desperate to find assistance in seeking a restraining order but have never had to seek one we was referred here by someone else and we had already spent 4 hours at the larimer county courthouse and exhausted all other resources that we could think of, well we went to this office and was basicly pushed back out the door with just brochures and when i tried to ask a question reguarding something different to see if they could help us with a different matter and the lady at the front desk talked over me and then pretty much shushed us and then made us leave and we were not being rude in any way we was just looking for help and some answers to a few questions and we were basicly pushed out the door as quickly as we walked in, this was by far the worst we was treated
