Andrew L. Bertrand Law Office

Okay, so my case is closed and I'm off probation now, so I can finally share my experience with Bertrand's office. These people are infuriating to work with, especially the paralegal, who is especially condescending and cruel. You can call this office with urgency about your case and leave multiple voicemails over the span of several weeks, and they WILL NOT call you back. Ever. I got lucky one day and the paralegal miraculously picked up the phone after weeks of attempting to contact them. I had a question pertaining to a physical condition that I have that made urinalysis extremely painful for me, so I desperately needed another option for drug testing. I was going through Hell. This guy cut me off and YELLED AT ME, refused to help, and shouted that the only way he would help me is if I

Abusive, Negative, Does not value his clients. Unprofessional. Not helpful in court you have to represent yourself. Little patience to speak to or with clients. He will gaslight and further abuse you if you try to raise concerns. Seems nice at first promising you the moon and stars, once he gets your money he's nothing short of sinister and hateful. There are much better people to represent you.

He is apparently good at his job from what I've heard, but I've also heard and experienced his lack of communication and letting me know what's going on with it taking weeks to here anything back after you try and contact them. His male assistant is very rude and talks down to people (I've heard this specifically from more than 5 people and again experienced it myself). I would steer clear of him for these reasons.
