We were dealing with a challenging Title IX overreach and thankfully a Google search led us to Rachel Michael’s office. She was able to schedule a consultation with us within 48 hours. On our call she gave us some practical real world advice as well as some next steps we could take. We took her advice on how to structure an email to the school and this morning the school dropped the title IX investigation.
