Clinkscales Elder Law Practice helped my parents get their affairs in order should something happen to one or both of them. Coming from a farming family, this gave myself and my siblings a great peace of mind to know when that time comes, everything is laid out the way our parents want it. The staff and attorneys are great to work with and are very compassionate about what they do and the people they help. I would recommend Clinkscales to any of my friends or family needing assistance.
My husband just passed away. A couple of years ago we had Clinkscales Elder Law help us with trusts/estate planning. One of the best decisions we ever made. Thankful for their caring guidance. I highly recommend
