This was the smartest decision for my parents that we made. Clinkscales have been nothing but excellent in the handling of my parents needs. They were able to save quite a lot of my parents assets because of their knowledge of Elder Law. They handled my dads Medicaid and all documents required. When he passed recently, everything was in place and easily transferred to my mom. They are worth every penny and then some. We could have not asked for anything better. Took quite a bit of stress away from me so I could handle their care. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do.

Clinkscales Elder Law Practice has been an amazing supporter of our non-profit organization, A Different Mindset Association. Our group provides services to those in the mild to moderate stages of dementia as well as their caregivers. Our programs consist of engagement programs for those suffering with dementia, support groups for caregivers and education workshops for the public. The practice has supported our organization financially, given us referrals for our programs, assisted with our education programs and provided counsel as we set up our non-profit.
