I hired Cleveland Krist to handle legal issues with one of my businesses late last year and I felt compelled to share my experience working with them. Let me preface this review by saying that I work with attorneys for a living and like all professions, there is a WIDE spectrum of competency and personality types with lawyers. That's a nice way of saying it's not uncommon for even very successful attorneys be elusive, moody and/or difficult. I found both Gerard and Tim to be the complete opposite. They both were very accessible with my situation which was critical. I felt they both did a great job of really listening to my concerns and desires and then providing expert legal advice on how to proceed to accomplish my goals.
