Just called to ask questions and get information about my grandfather who wants to change his power of attorney. Emily answered and asked if it was for me. As soon as I mentioned it was for my grandfather she kept cutting me off and saying they needed to speak to him. I mentioned again if I could just ask some questions and her response was "Oh more questions". I was a burden so I let her go and there went their business. They came recommended but not sure how with this person answering the phone.
