Both Claire and her assistant were extremely rude to me when I visited this week. Whitney, Claire's assistant, couldn't have an attitude any more like a child. Whitney acted disgustingly this week. AVOID THIS ATTORNEY AND HER ASSOCIATES AT ALL COST!

Went in for a consult. Initial encounter is cordial enough, if not a little curt. Instead of going over options, immediately begins to lecture about what *cannot* be done, and I ask a single question - not in an attempt to question her expertise in any way, only a clarifying question. Immediately gets hostile and shows me the door with no explanation for why she suddenly became unprofessionally antagonistic. That behavior's rather shameful and unbecoming of a licensed professional. At least she was ethical enough to not take my money, so she's got that going for her, I guess.
