Hired him for a family case 2021. Gave a retainer to hear that nothing needed to be done with my case for now. 2024 comes around and finally the case starts moving. I had to call several times, text his secretary, and email them all to get an answer of he is no longer practicing family law and my retainer in nonrefundable, there is nothing he can do for me and I should hire someone else.

The attorney David Cauthen is a good attorney but his assistant, CJ is an issue. She is incompetent, never returns phone calls, never followed through on my case, never have sent me any paperwork on the Judges ruling and this is a problem. I will have to seek the monies the Judge awarded me. Most attorneys follow the case until it is completed, I truly don't think that will be the case.

Terrible,the only thing consistent from this firm was asking for money every few days,$1,500 retainer turned into $4,000 and I just had to give up and lost all money and all work he did if he did anything..I don’t know how this guy is still in business but I guess he knows how to hustle people with a pen,DO NOT USE THIS GUY MAKE HIM GO OUT OF BUSINESS OR YOU GONNA BE THE NEXT PERSON WRITING A TERRIBLE REVIEW…he also charges you for calling him asking about your case

This Attorney helped me when no one would, he went above and beyond. I strongly recommend him.

Lots of miscommunication and it took a lot longer than what it should have taken all in all I'm glad it's over
