My experience with K.J. Law P.A. really revolved around two of the firms employees one being Tracy Finell and the other one being Emily Pixley I'd give five stars to both of them. To me they carried my case, I went through three attorneys with this firm so the one constant were the two individuals that I mentioned previously. Sometimes as in my case the support team is who really gets things done and unfortunately the attorneys get the credit.

Going through this process wasn’t easy — there were constant delays and challenges caused by the other side, but my attorney never once wavered. They stood by me, kept me grounded, and made sure I never felt alone in the process. Their patience, professionalism, and compassion made such a difference during one of the most stressful times of my life. I’m beyond grateful for their support, persistence, and genuine care. I had an extremely negative experience working with Attorney Johnson. While she initially presented herself as caring and attentive, my experience did not reflect that. I was charged for services without my knowledge or consent, including unauthorized charges to my credit card. Ultimately, my case was mishandled and resulted in a devastating outcome. Due to her representation, I am now facing significant financial hardship and will have to spend my savings trying to correct the situation. Serious issues, including false accusations and defamatory statements, were allowed to remain in court documents without being properly challenged. Do not use this law firm. I came to them for help with an already ongoing custody case and these lawyers didnt do anything productive and then had the nerve to lie about my account balance at the end of the case. One moment it was a 0$ balance the next they are asking for 10000$. I asked questions that never got answered, I asked for itemized detail bill and got nothing went to court and the lawyer representing me was lost, didn’t have a strong case built In relevance to why we were there , or anything after all the materials I had sent them. She Did not fight for me or what I wanted and tried to tell me to be quiet after I saw she wasn’t speaking up on my behalf. After also being appointed to me right before my court date. Awful representation. I had to fight tooth and nail to get any updates from this team. My case was closed without them even knowing about it. I was served papers without them knowing about it. Last I heard from them was they were going to re-open the case to actually do their jobs, and then received an email a week later that they removed themselves from my council. No explanation, no warning, no professionalism, just plain horrible way to treat clients and people. This office is terrible at their job and should never be hired by anyone ever again.
