My parents recently decided to sell their Florida home after two decades. I (son) assisted them with the process and was referred, through a personal financial management firm, to Brionez & Brionez to help with the transaction. They acted as the title agent in the process. I worked exclusively with Meagan Figueroa, a real estate paralegal at the firm. It was a remote sale, but she was fantastic throughout, walking us through the process, patient when requesting information, responsive to emails, calling when necessary. Very calming influence on me and my older parents. The buyer side was challenging, but Meagan was calm, professional and explained the various situations when they arose. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Meagan and the firm again. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

My husband and I dealt with Meagan Figueroa for our house closing and she was amazing! Very personable and helpful! She had all the documents organized and ready to be signed and took the time to explain all the documents we signed as well as answer any/all the questions we had! She definitely made our process easier! She was even willing to go above and beyond in delivering our keys to us, since we live quite a bit away from the office, if our closing got extended longer than expected. Thank you again Meagan!!!
