I could not have asked for a more smooth process with Budash & Welch, LLP - Attorneys at Law. My ex-husband and I had a no contest divorce. We considered going with an online divorce "kit". After doing a bit more research I decided to go with a local attorney. I am so glad I did. I work two jobs at over 50 hours a week. Mr. Welch took care of everything I asked and even informed me of things I didn't even think of in advance. His front office employee was in constant contact with me. She was kind, thorough and prompt with all of our correspondence. I know divorce can not possibly be a painless process, but Mr. Welch and his staff worked very hard to help make my divorce process as quick and easy as possible.

Tried to be civil during our hearing. Just wanted to publicly state even knowing he would be putting my child back in harm's way, Mr Welch still fought to try and sneak through the courts . That is t best interest of a child and it's sad that money was more important than a child's safety. I still beat mr Welch's firm even with the shady behaviors and lies he tried to use. Seems very unprofessional, lack of empathy for grieving families and best interest. Do yourself a favor and try to find someone who actually cares. He wanted money and got it but leaves with his head down and no win.

Thinks he's God's gift is a terrible attorney gets really mad when people who don't have an attorney get in his head and don't fall for his set ups

Appeared laid back and had a lack of knowlege for the law. Spent more time talking about himself then a case.
