Extremely rude and unprofessional. The attorney claimed he was “just listening,” but constantly interrupted me before I could even explain my situation. I seriously doubt he actually practices law in a professional capacity. He immediately demanded $1,000 during what was supposed to be a free consultation — no advice, no support, just pressure for money. This is not how a real lawyer should act. His behavior felt childish, arrogant, and disrespectful. I do not recommend Booth Firm LLC to anyone looking for genuine legal help.

I've used this attorney since the mid-90s. My experience is that real estate transactions can be highly detailed. Mr. Booth is organized, meticulous, and knows precisely what needs to be done and how to do it. He has worked successfully for me on some highly complex transactions, including multiple parties. My only explanation for the other reviews is that they probably didn't know what they were doing and wanted to do things that were something other than any highly experience counselor would advise, and he let them know that.

William Booth was the outside representation for my client in a real estate transaction. We were their agency representation and therefore also responsible for protecting their best interest. Mr. Booth was not only rude and condescending to the women in the room but was intentionally aggressive to myself, the other closing attorney, my agent and anyone in the room. He caused blatant disruptions in the closing process questioning the other attorneys every explaination of the closing package creating confusion and frustration for everyone involved. He requested a change in the title insurance policy and I asked him what changes he was requesting. He proceeded to tell me, “I would explain it to you but you couldn’t understand it”. Most definitely recommended, very polite and patient to explain things and work on things in timely manner. Response all the concerns and questions with ease.

Prepared my Will a year ago, totally ghosted me when I tried to schedule an appointment to make a couple of changes to it. Rude!
