Right To Bear Association

I sent an email on 2-25 because i had left a voice mail for someone to call me a few weeks prior and they never did. I received an email from one of their attorneys on 3-6 saying she would call me. She finally called and left me a voicemail on 3-26. when i called her back on 4-1 she said she would call me right back and then sent a text saying she was in court and would call me by noon. Still haven't been able to speak to anyone. I just need to ask a question and won't take a lot of time. I feel like this service is a rip off

I feel like this is great insurance to have no doubt but the website has never worked. I attempted to update my credit card information weeks ago and finally I just decided to cancel my membership but it never worked. I have contacted customer service more than once to cancel and they told me they would as soon as possible but there is an “IT glitch” on my account. Their customer service is so unprofessional! I’ve never experienced this before and quite frankly it makes me question the legitimacy of this business…so at 3:00am every morning they attempt to charge my debit card a monthly payment & thankfully that card is no longer valid but what a inconvenience. My next move will be filing a complaint.

Unfortunately I found out the hard way all they protect is the monthly payments for doing nothing. I recommend finding a different insurance company that actually defends your right to bare arms in the state of North Carolina.

Very easy, convenient and affordable to join. I'm so glad their coverage extends to the workplace. Glad I shopped around before going with another company.

Terrible customer service. Had questions regarding a legal situation and right to bear would not answer the phone or even return a phone call. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and they continue to ignore my emails trying to cancel.
